Every element is carefully prepared to achieve the perfect balance of umami. Our chef handpicks only the finest fish, guaranteeing the highest quality and freshness in every workshop.

The rice, or shari, is the foundation of sushi. We precisely control cooking time, moisture content, and vinegar balance to create the perfect complement to the fish.

To elevate your experience, our workshop also includes a sake-tasting session, where you'll explore the rich flavors and craftsmanship behind Japan’s iconic rice wine. Discover how different varieties of sake enhance the flavors of sushi, making your experience even more authentic and enjoyable.

You will make three varieties of sushi, each perfectly paired with a different type of sake.

• Nigiri (The standard sushi with fish on top of rice)

• Maki (Traditional Sushi rolls)

　　　　・Kampyo (Gourd) ※may vary

• Gunkan (Battleship sushi wrapped with seaweed and toppings)

　　　　・1-2 types depending on season

All of the ingredients will be selected by our sushi master at the fish market and prepared to pristine condition.
