The workshop begins with an introduction to pour-over brewing, including the dripper, kettle, grinder, and scale. You’ll practice controlled pouring, adjusting water temperature and grind size to highlight clarity and flavor balance in Vietnamese specialty beans.
Under the guidance of an experienced barista, you’ll practice espresso extraction, milk steaming for milk-based drinks, and pouring techniques for classic latte art patterns such as heart, tulip, and rosetta.
