3-Course Cooking Class in the Heart of Sorrento (Meat)

Let's cook some of the most well-loved Neapolitan dishes with chef Antonino Aiello. 

The heart of Italian cuisine is inside the home. Chef Antonio will teach you the secrets to creating iconic southern Italian cuisine so you can prepare these dishes in your own home with confidence.

You will learn how to use fresh and seasonal produce from our trusted local suppliers to prepare traditional family recipes. During the class, we will sample the ingredients in order to understand and experience the importance of their quality.

Our classes are perfect for kids. We love to make them feel comfortable and welcome in the kitchen. You will both enjoy learning to prepare and dine on classic Italian dishes, accompanied by local wine.

Menu

Meat menu:

• Prosecco cocktail with degustation of local cheese and cold cuts
• Hand made pasta such as gnocchi, ravioli or scialatielli (Sorrento style) 
• Meatballs or chicken (Cacciatora style)
• Coffee tiramisù
• Sparkling or plain mineral water and white or red wine (a bottle for two guests)

Schedule

Morning Session:

• 11:00 am: Arrive at cooking school with welcome drink and degustation of locally produced cheese and cold cuts
• 11:20 am: Start of cooking class
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy the food you prepared
• 1:30 pm: End of cooking class 

Afternoon Session:

• 6:00 pm: Arrive at cooking school with welcome drink and degustation of locally produced cheese and cold cuts
• 6:20 pm: Start of cooking class
• 8:00 pm: Enjoy the food you prepared
• 8:30 pm: End of cooking class
