1/2 Day - Cooking class with Chef Paolo Monti.

You will learn the tricks and short cuts great chefs use to make delicious, appealing healthy dishes in a few minutes, out of apparently simple but excellent ingredients!

The program is enriched by field trips to the wholesale market for the ingredients you will use in the class.

We offer you daily hands-on cooking classes. 

Menu

Appetizers:

• Panzanella - Tuscan bread salad
• Toasted bread with chicken liver and capers patè
• Bread croutons with eggplant topping

First Courses:

• Vegetable ravioli with special meat sauce
• Aromatic meat sauce from Lucca

Main Dishes:

• Roast loin if Pork with pancetta, rosemary and sage
• Roast potatoes

Desserts:

• Cantuccini biscotti di Prato - The famous biscotti

Morning session: 

• 8:00 am - Local market tour
• 10:00 am Start the cooking class
• 11:00 am Cooking session 1 and tasting
• 12:00 am Cooking session 2 and tasting
• 1:00 pm Dessert session and time to enjoy your dish
• 1:45 pm End of the cooking class and ready to go back
• 2:30 pm Finish the cooking class
