About
Xiao Long Bao (Soup dumplings) class is a step-to-step easy follow cooking experience. All guests will learn from a scratch starting making the filling and the wrappers. We have a lot time practising how to wrap the xiao long bao properly. We use local organic pork for the fillings to make the taste to supreme. There will be a pop music background throughout the whole class.
