Riccardo personally guides you through traditional Italian recipes live, right from his Grandmother's kitchen in Rome. He imparts his passion and natural talent for Italian cuisine, leading you step-by-step through your chosen recipe.
Alongside classic fresh pasta dishes, you can opt to add a dessert to the menu, learning to make treats such as tiramisu, Sicilian cannoli, or a chocolate cake from Capri. Additionally, you can learn to make fabulous potato gnocchi or cook delicious risotto, allowing you to explore a variety of famous Italian recipes. Riccardo will guide you through a unique journey, encouraging you to experiment and try new things.
