What to Expect
The first class of the day is often the most vibrant and fun! You’ll begin with a relaxing stroll around the local market alongside your chef, gathering all the fresh ingredients needed for the day’s cooking. Once back at the school, the chef will guide you through each ingredient and explain the process in detail as you prepare everything for cooking.
The second and third classes of the day are equally lively and enjoyable! However, since the market is only open in the morning, you won’t take a market stroll with the chef. Instead, we’ll have all the necessary ingredients freshly prepared on-site for you.

- The morning market tour is unavailable for afternoon and evening bookings.
- Each class lasts approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the participants.
Meeting Point
- We are located in a historic Thai market, just behind the Shangri-La Hotel on the Chao Phraya River.
- To reach us from the Saphan Taksin BTS Skytrain station, exit through number 3 and take a short walk along Charoen Krung Road. You’ll find us in the welcoming shop house on Soi 44.
