Back at our cozy open-air garden kitchen, surrounded by rice fields and nature, you’ll use these fresh, high-quality ingredients—sourced from both the market and our own garden—to prepare 4–5 authentic Thai dishes. With hands-on guidance, you’ll learn traditional techniques and enjoy the satisfaction of cooking your own meal, with vegetarian and vegan options always available.
