Take home more than just souvenirs from your time in Bali! Join us every Friday at 10:00 AM for an immersive cooking experience that reveals the secrets of traditional Balinese and Indonesian cuisine.

Begin your day with a guided tour of our lush onsite herb garden, where you’ll identify and pick a variety of organically grown ingredients. Under the expert guidance of our chef, you’ll then learn to prepare a selection of authentic dishes using fresh, local produce.

Your hands-on lesson concludes with a delicious shared lunch—enjoying the flavors you’ve created—set against the serene tropical backdrop of Delight Corner, surrounded by the soothing sounds of the river valley and nature.

Menu A

• Soto Ayam - Traditional Indonesian chicken soup with glass noodles, egg, tomato, bean sprouts, and celery.
• Kare Jawa - Javanese-style curry made with mixed seafood or beef, served with steamed rice. (You may choose either the mixed seafood curry, beef curry, or both.)
• Onde-Onde - Indonesian glutinous rice balls filled with sweet potato, served with palm sugar sauce and fresh fruit.

Menu B

• Cerorot Ayam (or if you meant “Ceramcam Ayam,” please confirm — it’s not a standard dish name) Balinese chicken soup with celery.
• Sate and Pepes - Minced chicken skewers and grilled marinated mixed seafood wrapped in banana leaf, served with steamed rice.
• Klepon - Balinese glutinous rice cake filled with palm sugar and coated in grated coconut.

Schedule

10:00 AM – Welcome and Introduction
Arrive at Delight Corner and meet our friendly chef. Begin with a short introduction to Balinese and Indonesian culinary traditions.

10:15 AM – Organic Garden Tour
Take a guided stroll through our lush onsite herb garden. Learn about local herbs and spices, and handpick fresh, organic ingredients for your dishes.

10:45 AM – Cooking Session Begins
Head to the open-air kitchen and start your hands-on cooking class. Under the expert guidance of our chef, prepare a selection of authentic Balinese or Indonesian dishes using the ingredients you’ve picked.

12:30 PM – Enjoy Your Creations
Sit down to a shared lunch and savor the delicious dishes you’ve prepared, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the river valley and tropical greenery.

1:30 PM – End of Experience
Relax and take in the scenic atmosphere before departing — with new skills, recipes, and wonderful memories to take home.
