• Main Menu: Premium K-Gimbap

Description: We are adding Gimbap as Korea's soul food and for the 'most perfect nutritional control.' Freshly cooked rice is seasoned with a touch of sesame oil and sesame salt, harmoniously combined with 5 to 6 fresh fillings carefully selected by the chef (crispy kimchi, burdock root, egg garnish, etc.).

Point: As an official partner of the Suwon Cultural Foundation in 2026, we are passing on the know-how to be both mediocre and lovable through our non-legal work.

• Dessert: Traditional Royal Confectionery (Traditional Korean Dessert)

Description: Experience a special café within the British Royal Family. Personally chew your own **traditional rice cakes (e.g., Injeolmi or seasonal rice cakes)** with a chewy texture, or tropical confectionery such as Dasik and Yullan that best complement a Hanok.
