Thursday program
- Toong Tong ( Deep fried goden with chicken)
- Tom Kha Gai ( Coconut soup with chicken)
- Khao Pad ga prao gai ( stir fried chicken with holy basil served with rice)
- Homemade Red curry paste
- Gaeng Dang Gai ( Red curry with chicken)
Friday program
- Som Tum Thai ( Papaya salad Thai style)
- Tom Yum Goong ( Spicy and sour soup with prawns)
- Homemade Massaman curry paste
- Gaeng Massaman Gai ( Massaman curry with chicken )
- Tub Tim Grob ( Yem beans in sweet coconut milk)
Schedule
- 3:20 - 3:50 pm: Pickup at your hotel or accommodation.
- 4:00 pm: Introduction to Spices, Herbs, Thai Rice and Condiments in Thai food.
- 5:00 pm: Cooking Thai Appraiser and time to enjoy your dish.
- 6:00 pm: Cooking Thai Soup and time to enjoy your dish.
- 7:00 - 8:30 pm: Cooking Mean cot, Make Home meat Curry Paste, Thai Desert and time to enjoy your dish.
- 8:30 - 9:00 pm: Certification awards and enjoy you fruit platter after a fun class.
- 9:00 pm: Back to the hotel.
