Starter:
- Yum Woon Sen ( Glass noodle salad with minced pork or chicken)
- Larb (Sour and Spicy salad with minced pork or chicken & herbs)
- Som Tam (Papaya Salad)
- Por Pia ( Deep fried spring roll)
Soup:
- Tom Yum Kung ( Hot and sour soup with prawn and thai herbs)
- Tom Kha Kai ( Chicken in coconut milk with thai herbs)
- Tom Jood (Clear soup with minced pork or chicken)
- Tom Yum Pak Ruam ( Mixed vegetables in hot and sour soup with Thai herbs)
Stir Fry:
- Kai Pad Med Mamaung ( Chicken with Cashew nuts)
- Pad Kaphao ( Minced chicken with pork and basil)
- Choo-Chee (Stir fried roasted seafood/fish/with red curry creamy thick sauce) - available for vegetarian vegan version
- Pad Thai ( Stir Fried noodles)
Curry paste & Curry:
- Kaeng Ped (Red curry paste & Red curry with chicken)
- Kaeng Kieaw Wan ( Green curry paste & Green curry chicken)
- Kaeng Massaman ( Massaman yellow curry paste & Massamun yellow curry with chicken)
- Kaeng Som ( Sour curry paste & Curry with mixed vegetables)
Dessert:
- Khao Niew Mamaung ( Mango with sticky rice)
- Gluay Buad Chee ( Banana in coconut milk)

Soup:
- Jor pak gard (จอผักกาด) Pak choy soup
- Geang hua bplee (แกงหัวปลี) Banana blossom soup
- Yum jin gai (ยำจิ้นไก่) Spicy turmeric chicken with various herbs-spice soup
Roasted/Dip:
- Nam prik noom (น้ำพริกหนุ่ม) Roasted chilli-garlic-shallot dips served with fresh or cooked vegetables
- Tum kha noon (ตำขนุน) Roasted jackfruit with chilli paste
- Nam prik ong (น้ำพริกอ่อง) Spicy tomato dip with fresh vegetables
- “Ab” bplaa,moo,gai,goong (แอ๊บ) Grilled tossed/kneaded fish, pork, chicken or freshwater shrimp in banana leaves
- Sai aur (ไส้อั่ว) North Thai Sausages
- Nor aur (หน่ออั่ว) Deep fried Stuffed bamboo shoots
- Prik aur (พริกอั่ว) Deep fried Stuffed peppers
- Bplaa aur (ปลาอั่ว) Grilled stuffed fish
Curry/Main dish:
- Khao soi (ข้าวซอย) Noodles curry broth- coconut milk based
- Gai nuang (ไก่นึ่ง) Steamed turmeric chicken in the north Thai style
- Hung lay curry (แกงฮังเล) Braised chunky pork or chicken in curry paste and masala powder
- Khanom Jin nam ngiew (ขนมจีนน้ำเงี้ยว) Rice vermicelli with light curry broth (pork/chicken) in north Thai style
- Laab muang (ลาบเมือง) Minced pork, chicken or beef with fresh blood in/with various herbs-spice

- 10:00 am: Welcome drinks at Trichada The Cookery Home
- 10:30 am: Cooking Session

Exceeded our expectations!!!
My husband and I had an incredible experience at this authentic Thai cooking class! From start to finish, it was so much more than just a lesson — it was a true cultural experience.
We began with a visit to a local market, where Oui walked us through the fresh herbs, spices, and produce that make Thai cuisine so vibrant and unique. Learning how to select the right ingredients and understanding their role in each dish made the cooking process even more meaningful.
The class itself was hands-on and personalized, which I really appreciated. Oui was not only fun and engaging but also incredibly knowledgeable, explaining techniques clearly and sharing helpful tips along the way. She made us feel comfortable.
By the end of the class, I felt confident recreating the dishes at home — and of course, getting to enjoy the delicious meal we prepared was the perfect reward!
If you’re visiting Thailand and love food, I highly recommend taking a cooking class like this. It’s a fantastic way to connect with the culture, learn new skills, and create lasting memories.

Wonderful experience and person
We had an absolutely incredible time with Oui at her beautiful home, learning to cook authentic Northern Thai cuisine. The experience began with a vibrant trip to the local market, where we handpicked fresh ingredients—an immersive and eye-opening start to the day.
Back at her home, Oui welcomed us with warmth, humor, and a genuine passion for cooking that made the entire experience feel personal and special. We prepared a wide variety of delicious dishes, each one more flavorful than the last, and we ate until we were blissfully full!
This was truly a highlight of our trip to Thailand. If you're looking for a meaningful, hands-on culinary adventure, we can't recommend Trichada Home Cookery highly enough. Thank you, Oui, for sharing your kitchen, your stories, and your heart with us!

A truly lovely experience!
Ms Trichada teaches with such warmth and lots of passion and welcomes you into her home kitchen with such grace and hospitality. She makes you feel like you’re cooking in the kitchen with a good friend or your family. A wonderful and fun experience! I’d highly recommend a class with her whether it’s for dishes you’re familiar with or to learn more about other regional Thai cuisine. A must do!

Inspiring from Market to Plate
We had a truly immersive and inspiring experience. Oui welcomed us with genuine warmth and guided us through every step — from selecting local ingredients at the market to preparing each dish with passion and precision. Her explanations were rich, clear, and full of local insight. We not only cooked, we learned — about flavours, techniques, and the stories behind each plate.
The hands-on cooking session could have lasted even longer, as we were so deeply engaged and eager to dive deeper into the culinary process. But even within the time we had, we gained a great deal and felt incredibly enriched.
All in all, this was far more than a cooking class — it was a cultural journey. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to connect with authentic Thai cuisine in a meaningful, personal way. Thank you Oui for such a memorable experience!
