Our skilled chef will demonstrate the art of making Banh Xeo, showcasing the technique needed to achieve the perfect crispiness and flavor. You'll have the chance to taste both the large and small versions of this delightful dish.
- 7:00 PM: Visit one of the bustling wholesale flower markets, immersing yourself in the vibrant night street food scene. Indulge in Banh Trang Nuong, also known as hot Vietnamese Pizza.
- 7:45 PM: Explore Chinatown's lively atmosphere and colorful streets while enjoying a unique dish: Banh Canh Ghe, crab noodle soup.
- 8:30 PM: Head to Gangstertown renowned for its incredible seafood offerings. Experience the sights and sounds of street vendors grilling fresh seafood, and savor some of the best scallops and clams straight from the grill.
- 9:15 PM: Conclude our journey with a visit to our final stop, where colorful bowls of Che await. Each bowl offers a unique masterpiece of flavors and textures, from creamy coconut to exotic jackfruit. This sweet ending captures the essence of Saigon's vibrant culinary scene.
