Immerse yourself in the flavors of Japan with this hands-on cooking class just a 2-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. Held in a welcoming, intimate setting, this experience is perfect for travelers and food lovers looking to learn authentic Japanese cuisine in the heart of Tokyo.
Guided by an experienced Japanese chef, you’ll prepare essential dishes completely from scratch. Start by making traditional dashi, the foundation of Japanese cooking, then craft a comforting bowl of ramen and fold delicious gyoza packed with flavor. With a maximum of four participants, you’ll receive personalized instruction and plenty of opportunities to refine your technique.
To complete the experience, brew your own matcha and enjoy it alongside seasonal Japanese sweets—a relaxing and cultural finish to a memorable culinary journey.

We offer a pickup service from Zoshigaya Station, the nearest station to the class location. On the day of the class, our staff will meet you at the designated meeting point and guide you to the class venue, so even first-time visitors can join with confidence. The class venue is located approximately a 2-minute walk from Zoshigaya Station. Please note that the pickup service is available only from Zoshigaya Station. Details regarding the meeting point and pickup time will be provided in advance.

Meet your host in front of the wooden bench located at the B1 floor plaza of the Chitosebashi Education and Culture Center. The center is directly connected to Exit 2 of Zoshigaya Station on the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line.

Take the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line and get off at Zoshigaya Station (Exit 2).

You will find a wooden bench in the B1 floor plaza — we will be waiting for you there.
If you are arriving via a train line other than the Fukutoshin Line, please let us know in advance so we can assist with directions. We offer a free pick-up service from the nearest station.
