In Japan, sushi rolls are eaten often on special occasions such as celebrations and festivals. It is a Japanese hospitality dish served beautifully with a good nutritional balance.
Let's make this traditional sushi roll together!
You will also learn recipes for miso soup and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). The lecture will be given in English, so don't worry at all about the language barrier.
Once you get the hang of how to roll it, the rest is very easy! Everyone from children to adults can enjoy this class. We look forward to seeing you soon!
