Extremely professional and friendly, lot of laughs and love!!
This class i have booked with my family was the best experience I have ever experienced. Chef Antonio opened his house to my family and not only did we cooked but we 1st was greeted with his wife and son with wine and chatted introduced ourselves and he spoke about himself what he does and his cooking technique. We were led to his outdoor kitchen and right away we started to cook with aprons given to us and washing our hands to start. Antonio not only had us help prepare the meals but he talked about the foods we were going to cook, how we would prepare them and demonstrated how the foods would turn out after we cooked them. Antonio made this whole cooking experience so much fun that my whole family truly was having such a fun time that we forgot this was a cooking class. The time went so quick and before we knew it we were all sitting down at his table eating, and great conversations. We had smiles on our faces and we really cant stop talking about this cooking experience. I truly highly recommend taking Domus Kitchen cooking class with Chef Antonio. He is truly a gem and you are guaranteed a great time and delicious food. Thank you Chef Antonio for a wonderful cooking experience!
Mamma Corleone provides an amazing experience to a traditional Sicilian dinner. So many great laughs and AMAZING food! I cannot say enough good things about her class. If (when) we come back to Palermo, we will definitely be booking another class. This was the highlight of our honeymoon! Riham helped with translating and she was spectacular. It truly felt like cooking with Family!
A lovely way to spend the day in Palermo! The chef explained everything so clearly, and making tiramisu first and fresh pasta afterwards was both easy and enjoyable with his guidance. I also loved how the class celebrated Italian culinary traditions in such an authentic way. The wine was a delightful touch that made the whole experience even more special! I would absolutely recommend it.
I attended a Pasta & Tiramisu cooking class in Palermo, and it ended up being one of my favorite moments from the trip. The chef was so welcoming and made the whole experience feel easy, fun, and very local. We made fresh pasta and tiramisu from scratch, and I loved how hands-on everything was. The best part was eating the food I made, chatting with the group, and enjoying that warm Sicilian atmosphere. If you’re in Palermo and want something genuine, delicious, and special, I definitely recommend this class.
I had been planning this trip for a long time. We went to Palermo and took this cooking class, and my friend and I really enjoyed it. We learned so much and met some wonderful people. The guide was incredibly passionate about what they do. I heard they offer more cooking classes throughout Italy, and I will definitely sign up again in another city. Highly recommended!
This class was the highlight of my trip to Palermo! It was so much fun, we enjoyed every step of making pasta and tiramisu and learned so much along the way. The chef made everything feel easy and enjoyable, and we laughed the whole time. Highly recommend!
I loved this pasta and tiramisù class in Palermo! The chef was warm, funny, and made everything super easy to follow. We learned to make fresh pasta from scratch and the creamiest tiramisù ever — honestly better than most restaurants. The class was hands-on, relaxed, and full of little tips I can actually use at home. Such a fun and authentic experience… absolutely worth it!
The class was a brilliant experience. Michael was a great teacher and the dishes we made together were delicious. It was well organised and sitting down to eat together at the end of the class was lovely. What a fun thing to do in Palermo and a brilliant way to get an introduction to Sicilian cooking. I would highly recommend to anyone even slightly "foodie" visiting Palermo who is looking for a different and fun experience on their travels.
We had a great time learning how to cook a fine Italian dinner from scratch. The cooking lab was small and intimate (with air conditioning!!!) and the staff were fabulous. Can't wait to test out or new found cooking skills at home!
From booking to finish the experience was great. Chef Michael and Melissa are great hosts. Chef Michael meets you and the beginning of the marketplace, there you shop for what you are cooking. He explains everything along the way. The cooking experience was wonderful, Chef Michael gives great direction and tips along the way. The menu was complimentary of each course, and delicious. I highly recommend, and would love to do the experience again. Thank you Chef Michael and Melissa for the highlight of my trip
En una clase de cocina en Palermo aprenderás platos sicilianos clásicos como los arancini, la pasta alla norma, panelle, caponata y un risotto de mariscos frescos.
