Solicitar una experiencia privadaWe had such a great time together with Rita. Learning about the history of Bologna in combination with city walk an the food of the region. Making pasta and dinner in her private Italian home was awesome. Five Danish friends saying thank you ❤️
Our experience with Bianca and Antonio was fantastic. They welcomed us into their beautiful home and even picked us up from the train station. We learned several pasta shapes and made a delicious lasagna and tiramisu from her family’s recipes. It was a nice escape from the city with a beautiful view. We had a really great time and will recommend this to anyone visiting. Also, all of their pets were so welcoming too!
This cooking class was amazing! I truly felt the Italian cooking atmosphere. The guide was very passionate and knowledgeable, sharing tips and tricks to help us recreate the recipes at home. The group and the wine made everything even more special. I would love to do it again!
Very private,good fun,nice host
One of the best experiences we had while in Italy! Rita took us shopping, gave us some history of Bologna and then had us back to her beautiful home to learn to make pasta Bolognese and tortellini with Sage and butter. We learned so much, ate the wonderful food we cooked and had such great conversation with our warm and inviting host. Would recommend this experience to anyone!
Great experience! Host was charming and an excellent teacher. Food was amazing. We made tortellini, bow ties, tagliatelle, and ragu. Host with a short bus ride outside some trampoline so we got to see another part of the city too. One of our best travel experiences. Would highly recommend.
Host was charming and an excellent instructor (and great English speaker)! Food was superb. We learned how to make tortellini, tagliatelle, “bow ties “and ragu. Host’s home was a short bus ride outside Bologna central, so it allowed us to experience another part of the city, too. One of the great travel experiences we have had.
It was amazing from beginning to end. Such a warm and wonderful family who took their time to teach in such a sincere way, thank you. My son and I had a memorable time, thank you so much to you all. We would highly recommend. Thank you again for welcoming us into your lovely home.
What a wonderful 3 hours learning to make the dough then 3 shapes and finishing with tasting our work. It was fun to be in their home and she was a wealth of information about pasta as well as Bologna. It's the best cooking class we've been on.
We had a great time with Irena, an amazing host! We share many recipes together. She welcomed us in her home with her husband Marco who served us his fresh homemade bread. Irena is a great teacher, she detailed all the steps with her great English. If you only follow her hands, you won't get it. You need to listen to her advices and she will guide you in all the steps. All the details count: the temperature of the ingredients, the quantities, the techniques, the products, etc. You will be amazed by her experience and her techniques. We enjoyed our time with Irena and her family. Her teaching will remain with us as a precious memory of Italy!
Really enjoyed the evening and appreciated that the class was in the host’s home. The hostess was skilled at both teaching and in extending hospitality.
The cooking class was the best local experience, right in her home with her family, learning how to make 3 kinds of pasta from Bologna. Easy instruction to follow as well as a lot of information about pasta in Italy. At the end we got to eat what we made with wine and dessert included. Highly recommend!
Irene was the best cook and she gave us an authentic experience. I can only recommend this cooking class
The cooking class was delivered with passion and a world of traditional knowledge. The friendliness and support, and the delicious lunch produced with the pasta we made was just perfect! Our host showed us that simple cooking and preparation can achieve perfect results. I would recommend this cooking lesson to anyone that wishes to learn a little bit about true Bolognaise culture and flavours. Definitely beyond my expectations!
From beginning to end, outstanding! Great hosts and great company! Fantastic way to spend time in Bologna!
