Ya is a fantastic teacher who taught us a lot about Thai food and it's history. She explained the difference in rices, other ingredients, and when and why you would want to use them. Ya also showed us how to prepare food and her presentation skills are amazing.
Easily the best cooking class I've ever taken.

"Bunny = funny = best cooking teacher"
We absolutely enjoyed our time with Bunny. She was adorable, teached us very well the different Thai plates, the time with her in her Kirchen was perfect. Bunny speaks very good english and explained all the cooking steps one by one - amazing experience! The ride with the car was also a funny-bunny-experience ;)

"A fun way to learn to cook Thai food"
We spent about 5 hours with Ning at her delightful outdoor cooking school at Ka-Ti. We were lucky enough to be in a small group of 3 so received very personal tuition. The day is very well organised. We were able to choose dishes that we wanted to cook for our "examination" and also cooked a starter and several other main courses. Ning speaks very good English and made the class great fun. She taught us a lot about the various herbs and spices commonly used in Thai food and then we prepared all the vegetables and spices (quite hard work at times as we ground the ingredients for the curry pastes in a huge pestle and mortar!).
