Edwina created recipes based on what I liked to eat. Great conversation in her beautiful Riad. Meal was very good. Five stars - highly recommend!
Attending our first cooking class, learning Moroccan spices, and discovering orange blossom water!
super punctual and accomodating, catering to vegan/vegetarian, lovely guys!
This was an AMAZING experience. To think that I wasn't going to book it. I learned so much from the entire experience and the staff really got you involved and feeling like a celebrity on Top Chef. Everything was well prepared, organized and professional. I highly recommend you do not leave Marrakech without doing this.
The cookery course was aimed at all levels and was great fun. The Chef was funny and interactive and the facilities were brilliant. We loved it. We even got a tagine pot to take away.
I loved that we shopped locally for the vegetables and we were all given jobs to do in class, peeling, slicing and dicing as well as grilling the eggplant
The class was well organised. We learnt a great recipe and enjoyed eating what we cooked. It was a quick class which didn’t interfere with our other plans. Would thoroughly recommend and would return if other quick recipes are on offer
We had a wonderful time as a whole family. This is an authentic experience in a beautiful riad with exceptional food and a highly experienced chef. The kitchen is small, but spotlessly clean. We learned how to make mint tea properly, Moroccan salad, 2 homemade tagines, delicious couscous. This riad has alcohol, so you can enjoy wine, beer, or cocktails with your dinner. This experience has our whole family’s highest recommendation.
Fantastic team, amusing, informative, professional and full of warmth.
Beautiful location, easy to make, cooked over charcoal. While waiting for it to be ready, we relaxed on the sunbeds. The tea ceremony and all the fun facts made it perfect. And last but not least, the food was delicious :)
I spent four days in Marrakech with my family and we decided to take a cooking class. We couldn't have made a better choice! Everything was well organized and managed. The two chefs involved us closely in the preparation of the dishes, providing lots of explanations and truly showing us how to make a tagine. Then, together with the other participants, we ate the cooked dishes for dinner. Definitely worth doing again!
Knowledgable and enthusiastic teachers. Lovely venue!
The class was a brilliant experience. The food was simple but so full of flavours, and everyone had fun preparing the dishes. Three of us were gluten-free, and everything was naturally gluten-free apart from the dessert. Would definitely recommend.
Exceeded our expectations
