Excellent and enjoyable day. We enjoyed each part of the day - the farm, the market, the cooking and the eating. Our lead chef was very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful surroundings to do the actual cooking class.
The people who taught us to cook and the food was delicious.
We really enjoyed shopping in the market, learning how to prepare and cooking traditional Vietnamese foods. Everything was delicious! Nih was a wonderful teacher and chef.
Great visit to the market to buy fresh produce. Walked through organic herb farm. Wonderful cooking facilities and the most amazing chef that taught us how simple but delicious Vietnam dishes that we now have the recipes and will definitely be cooking the dishes at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 🙏⭐️🧡
All dishes are easy and tasty! We had a happy time cooking with our kids. Hot though…but memorable!
Nhi is the most incredible host. The food is delicious and she and her family make the experience so special. Best experience
It was all great loved the food and the staff were incredible
Mi Mi was an exceptional host and experienced chef with a very friendly personality. Can’t recommend highly enough. A wonderful hands on cooking class with generous servings. Do not eat breakfast !
I’d previously walked through the markets - somewhat quickly - but to be taken through with an experienced chef who stopped to explain the fruits, vegetables, seafood and meats was a totally different experience and I really enjoyed it. The cooking class was fabulous. I highly recommend it. I’ve come away feeling that I can go home and recreate the items we made as I’ve been given the right information and instruction. Very enjoyable and I’d happily choose Red Bridge again!
We met some great people and enjoyed the markets and the cooking with amazing guides
This is a fabulous and fun cooking school which we did 15 years ago and decided to repeat the experience as it was a memorable one. It’s great that it involves the market showing all the herbs & spices and the fun boat ride to the venue. It’s very well run and you learn a lot about Vietnamese cooking. Highly recommend!
Altamente recomendable
We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Nhi - she made the whole adventure fun and we loved the meals we cooked!
We had the absolute best morning. It was such a fun way to learn about food in Hoi An and Vietnam. Would recommend it for anyone!
Everyone prepared a different dish. We all got to watch and learn how to make each dish. After each dish was cooked, we all got to eat some of each dish. Do not eat a big breakfast or you will regret how full you will get. Really enjoyed shopping for, and tasting, each dish. Would highly recommend the class.
