Spice Market Tour

Your guide will take you to explore the dazzling local spice market with the assigned tasks for you to obtain all the necessary ingredients and Sichuan spices which will be used in the cooking class afterward.

Sichuan Cooking Class 

Get a tea break in the real authentic local tea house. After the fun experience in the local tea house, you will take a walk through the back streets to a hidden gem - a traditional Sichuan courtyard restaurant where soon the ingredients and spices you hunted from the market will be put in use. The food preparation will be guided by the professional chef. Follow your chef 's instruction step by step to process food until it gets well done.

Chinese Dough From Scratch: Steam Bun(Baozi)

Baozi is a famous Chinese type of filled bun, the delicious juicy filling will amaze you. You will make the dough from scratch, learn the wrapping technique, and how to make tasty fillings.
