Programme

• 11:00 am: Meet at MTR Shau Kei Wan station, Customer service center
• 11:05 am: Prepare the fillings and handmade wrapping at the homey kitchen
• 11:45 am: Learn the wrapping skill & cook the small steamed bun (Xiao Long Bao/Soup Dumpling)
• 12:35 pm: Finish all the cooking and enjoy the meal together
• 1:00 pm: End of the class
