Hi, I’m Nancy - a baker, bánh mì enthusiast, and culinary storyteller from Hanoi. With over six years of professional experience, I’ve devoted my craft to the art of Vietnamese baking: from mastering the perfect airy baguette to creating the bold, vibrant flavors that make bánh mì iconic. When you join my class, you’ll knead, taste, laugh, and discover why bánh mì is more than a sandwich, it’s a piece of Vietnamese history in your hands. I can’t wait to welcome you and bake together!
