Hi, I'm MICHIKO! I am a professional cooking teacher and I teach Japanese home cooking to more than 500 people a year, from children to adults.
Japanese homemade dishes are very healthy, well-presented, and delicious. I’d like to let people know about the wonderful Japanese food culture.
In this lesson, you can experience Udon making from scratch and the most important component of Washoku: Dashi. You will be surprised how easy and delicious dashi is and it's the source of umami for the majority of Japanese dishes.
I put special importance on the fact that you can make these dishes when you go back to your home country. I hope you enjoy Japan and want to come back again soon.
