Join us for a hands-on Japanese cooking experience where you’ll learn to make gyoza (dumplings) completely from scratch — from kneading the dough to preparing the filling, folding the dumplings, and pan-frying them to perfection!
We’ll begin with a visit to a local supermarket to explore the ingredients that go into gyoza and gain insight into how Japanese ingredients are used in everyday cooking.
Afterwards, we’ll head to the modern and stylish Patia Kitchen studios, conveniently located in central Tokyo, where you’ll make gyoza from scratch. These spacious, fully equipped kitchens provide a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for cooking.

Please come to the designated Patia cooking studio before the start time. The cooking studios are located near Shinjuku, Chiyoda, Minato and Shinagawa wards. Detailed instructions on the venue will be sent to you via email three days before the event.
