Florence Kelas Memasak

The location was fabulously beautiful and a great place to have the class. Our instructors, Aurora, Arla, and Tiziano were very engaging and did a good job of both teaching and entertaining the group. It was a super fun event and a real highlight of our trip. I'd highly recommend it. The food, as you would expect was delicious, and we got lots of good recipes to try at home as well. Couldn't recommend this enough! Top notch!

We took this class with our 10 year old daughter on a recent trip to Florence. During the class, we made 3 pasta dishes (pesto, tomato, and butter & sage). Our head chef, Federico, was very personable and reviewed step by step instructions on how to make different types of pasta. The recipes were delicious and so fun to make! We really enjoyed the class and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Cooking classes are always fun, especially, when preparing things you really like to eat. What could be better than pizza and gelato in Florence, Italy. My wife and I went with our daughter, her husband and our 5 1/2 year- old granddaughter. It was very well- organized, educational and fun, especially with our granddaughter. The instructor was informative, and knowledgeable with his directions to prepare the two dishes. The process was easy and well- organized. The best part… the cooking and finally, the eating. A great experience was had by all.. it was a little too long, though! Otherwise , a perfect evening!

Excellent food tastings, very well informed guide. It was great meeting the families that ran the cheese shop, restaurant, Street vendor, bakery, and gelato shop. They were also warm and welcoming.

Lisa was the best!

This was so much fun! The setting was magnificent nestled in the hills above Florence. Our hosts Max, Lodovik and Tiziano were just amazing. They were friendly, engaging and entertaining. I am elderly and did not expect the walk down the steep hill to the kitchen area. Not to worry! One of the kind gentlemen took me back to the bus in their car. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone considering it. Since returning to the USA I have made both the pizza and gelato. It was just amazing! Thank you so much!!

We had a wonderful day in cooking class with Stephania and Erika! The trip to the market in Tuscany was exciting. We learned so much about Italian cooking and met lots of interesting people too. Making the pasta was amazing! It was such an enjoyable day. Everyone should try this if you are in the region.

All the chefs were so patient, knowledgeable, and fun!!! My sister and I had a blast making ravioli and tiramisu!!! Highly recommend the class and the aprons!

Million dollar view! Great instructors.. Class was fun… Highly recommend

The best part was the eating of course. And how to make the pasta with the secret utensil. Very relaxed experience. The chef was very easy to understand and fun. Had a nice morning.

Great class with lots of hidden tips to make good ingredients taste even better. All the food in my class was vegetarian which made it super easy to fully participate. All the instructors were kind and attentive.

Clive was an excellent instructor! It was fun to make food and then eat together.

This was a magical experience for us! We were astounded at the adventure from beginning to end. The tour of the market was wonderful. The cooking experience was amazing. As a home cook who loves to make pasta, we learned a few wonderful new things from Erica and Liva. We had two favorite take aways from the day; the energy in the kitchen was amazing. Erica cooks with love and that love was projected onto us. Second favorite were the views. Oh, the views from the kitchen cannot be replicated from anywhere else but this property. I will recommend this adventure into pasta making to all my friends traveling to Florence!

Francesca did a wonderful job hosting and teaching us how to prepare Tagliatelle pasta from scratch with Amatriciana sauce ( Guanciale, tomatoes, onions, pecorino cheese) and as second dish, Tagliatelle pasta with Carbonara sauce ( Guanciale, eggs, pecorino cheese). Great instructions and conversation about ingredients and Tuscan life in general. Highly recommended. Grazie Francesca.

Chef Clive was the best part, apart from sharing special moments with family. He was informative and made things fun! Our private table near the entry of the lovely restaurant that held the class was set, brimming with wine and our meal! It tasted deliciious and we can try to repear it at home with the recipes we can access. It was just a great experience and so much fun!!
