In this class, we’ll make Temari sushi, a perfect dish for parties! We’ll also make dashi, the foundational soup stock of Japanese cuisine, from scratch using kelp and katsuobushi (bonito flakes). This flavorful broth will be used to create a traditional Japanese clear soup.
In addition to Temari sushi, we’ll prepare two side dishes and one dessert of your choice, all easy to make and full of Japanese flavors.
