Learn how to cook fresh Thai food using only the best homegrown ingredients from our garden. you'll learn 5 Thai dishes of your choosing, visiting local markets to get the freshest produce to use in your cooking. Fresh fruits will be provided while you learn the ways of cooking your favourite dishes that may include Som Tum, Tom Yum Kung or even Mango sticky rice. we are located at San sai roughly 10km away from Chiang Mai old city, at our farm you can enjoy the fresh air and stunning views while you cook to your heart's desire.

Kru Ploy is the owner and teacher of this wonderful course. Kru Ploy along with her team will try to give you very hands-on experience during the time you'll spend with them. From knowing how to tell if your ingredients are fresh and how to prepare them in their kitchen that can amply fit 15 of you and your friends don't be scared about being an amateur just come and have fun!

• Tom Yum Kung (Spicy sour soup with shrimp)

Appetizer

• Deep-fried spring rolls

• Deep-fried toast with minced pork
• Larb (Spicy chicken salad)

Stir-Fried

• Stir-fried cashew nuts with chicken
• Pad Kapho (Stir-fried chicken with a basil leaf and chili)
• Pad Thai (Stir-fried small rice noodles with shrimp)
• Stir-fried morning glory
• Pad See Ew (Fried noodles with chicken) 

Dessert

• Mango sticky rice 
• Deep-fried bananas 
• Banana in coconut milk 
• Pumpkin in coconut milk
• Black sticky rice with coconut milk

Programma

Morning course

• 8:40-9:20 am: Pick up at your hotel
• 10:00 am: Local market tour 
• 10:30 am: Arrive at our school and a welcome drink is served 
• 10:45 am: Visit an organic farm and get some ingredient for the cook 
• 11:00 am: Cooking class and enjoy your food 
• 1:30 pm: End of the cooking class and go back to your hotel

Afternoon course 

• 2:00-2:30 pm: pick up at your hotel
• 3:00 pm: Local market tour
• 3:30 pm: Arrive at our school and a welcome drink is served
• 3:45 pm: Visit an organic farm and get some ingredient for the cook
• 4:10 pm: Cooking class and enjoy your food
• 6:30 pm: End of the cooking class and go back to your hotel
