このクラスについて
The kitchenware is ready. Participants cook, then enjoy the delicious Vietnamese meal. MSG is prohibited in our recipe. So, don’t worry! The seasonal dessert is our sweet treat to complete the cooking journey.
We will also give you all the detailed recipes at the end of the class, it would not only help you to concentrate and enjoy the cooking experience, but you also could re-make the food at home.

- Stir-fried vermicelli w/ seafood
WEDNESDAY
- Fried spring rolls w/ pork & mushrooms
- Fresh lotus stems salad w/ prawns & pork
- Char-grilled beef wrapped in Betel leaves w/ lemongrass
THURSDAY
- Mustard leaf rolls w/ crunchy vegetables & prawns
- Mango salad w/ dried shrimps
- Fresh rice noodles w/ marinated BBQ pork
FRIDAY
- Shrimp tapioca dumplings wrapped in banana leaves
- Water spinach salad w/ beef
- Prawns fried rice in lotus leaf wrap
SATURDAY
- Sticky rice fritter stuffed w/ pork
- Stir-fried vermicelli Salad w/ calamari

SUNDAY
- Fern cakes w/ shrimp floss

- Vietnamese crispy pancake
