Would you like to join a special class where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine, which is also popular overseas, in a vegan style? This class, where you can learn how to make vegan ramen and vegan gyoza, is a great opportunity to experience Japanese food culture from a new perspective. Vegans, vegetarians, and health-conscious individuals are all welcome!

• Vegan Ramen : 

I'll teach you how to make a broth using fresh vegetables and a special vegan dashi. Add cooked noodles to create your own vegan ramen.

• Vegan Gyoza 

Experience making aromatic vegan gyoza using unique Japanese ingredients. I'll teach you how to make a crispy outside and a juicy inside. 

I believe that cooking is a wonderful tool for cross-cultural exchange. Let's cook together for your happiness and world peace!

I use only plant-based ingredients.

When your creation is complete you can eat it for lunch or dinner.
