Join us for a delightful journey into the world of traditional Japanese sweets! In this hands-on cooking class, we will create:

• Daifuku: A soft, mochi-covered treat filled with seasonal fruits, like strawberries or others available at the time.
• Dorayaki: A classic dessert featuring sweet anko (red bean paste) sandwiched between fluffy, pancake-like dough.
• Warabimochi: A unique sweet with a fascinating, jelly-like texture that is sure to surprise and delight.

After the lesson, relax and savor your homemade sweets paired with refreshing matcha tea. Perfect for anyone eager to explore the art of Japanese confectionery!

• Fruit Daifuku

It is a soft rice cake filled with sweet bean paste and fresh fruit. It is a popular traditional Japanese sweet. While Strawberry Daifuku is the most well-known, the fruit used varies with the season.

• Dorayaki

Dorayaki is a beloved Japanese dessert consisting of sweet red bean paste sandwiched between two fluffy pancakes.

• Warabimochi

Warabimochi is a jelly-like Japanese confection made from bracken starch. It is typically enjoyed with kinako (sweet roasted soybean flour).

• Matcha Tea

Complete your sweet experience with a soothing cup of Matcha tea.
