She will lead you through every stage of the process—from preparing fresh pasta and creating the perfect filling to folding ravioli and pairing your pasta with the best sauces and ingredients.
The experience continues with gnocchi making. You will prepare potato gnocchi dough by hand, shaping long potato “snakes” and forming each gnocchi one by one. Simonetta will then show you how to combine them with a fresh vegetarian sauce for the perfect finish.
