This is one of the most authentic ways to experience Roman food culture, starting where locals actually shop and ending with what you create yourself.

The experience begins in the heart of Rome’s historic Jewish Ghetto, just around Piazza Mattei, where you’ll meet your private chef and head together to a local farmer’s market. Here you’ll discover seasonal ingredients, learn how Romans choose their produce, and enjoy a glimpse of everyday life in the city beyond the tourist paths.

Back in the kitchen, the experience continues with a hands-on fresh pasta class. You’ll learn how to make dough from scratch and prepare traditional pasta using ingredients you personally selected at the market.

Throughout the experience, everything is kept relaxed, interactive, and personal, guided step by step by a professional English-speaking chef.
