In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare sushi rice from scratch using a traditional wooden sushi tub. The chef will carefully explain professional techniques such as seasoning, mixing, and cooling the rice—skills you can easily recreate at home.
- Make Nigiri Sushi (8 Pieces)
Next, you will make 8 pieces of nigiri sushi.

On the day of the class, our staff will meet you at the designated meeting point and guide you to the class venue, so even first-time visitors can join with confidence.
