You'll be welcomed at their home feeling space to then go through the history and the different flavors of their way of making the dessert.
Marina, the pastry chef, will guide through the preparation of two desserts of the Neapolitan tradition. The selection of the desserts depends on the tradition of that time of the year and the season of the ingredients (e.g. Struffoli at Christmas, Pastiera at easter, Chiacchiere at Carnival). All the ingredients are from the Campania region and from natural agriculture, respecting the environment and biodiversity.
