It was easy, fun, very impressive and we learned a lot! 3 hours of pure fun!
Georgia was fantastic! She took us through the farmers market and showed us different produce and fish. She bought a few fresh items for us to cook and we headed back to the kitchen. We had a fantastic time learning how to make several dishes. Making pasta was so much fun! The biggest surprise was the eggplant parmigiana. None of us knew if we even liked eggplant, but it was absolutely delicious. Georgia made the class fun and gave us all kinds of tips. I highly recommend cooking with her!
Lovely hostess and the restaurant's staff was very nice as well. We were a small group of 4 + the hostess who translated the whole process while the pizzaiolo did the demo. We got to try some pizza fritta and lemoncello which were delicious. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended!

The Course was far better than we could have imagined. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so kind and a great laugh too. We would recommend this course to anyone who is looking for a hands on authentic experience in Italy. The host were very knowledgeable and had a great teaching method. Marietta’s class was absolutely wonderful! It was just what we were hoping for and I fulfilled my long persisting dream of learning to make ravioli! The set-up in Marietta’s lovely and cozy house made a wonderful atmosphere and the pasta tools and all the equipment were perfectly organized. It was really fun learning the many different shapes of pasta as well as sauces, and different dough recipes. Marietta is a wonderful person to learn from and we would warmly recommend her class!

Riccardo was a fantastic and passionate teacher. An absolute pleasure to spend time with him. He made our experience to learn Pasta cooking with lots of fun, non-stressful, relaxing, educational, and the perfect way to be in Naples. He met our wishes and showed us how to make two different kinds of filled pasta. We discovered new delicious pasta, we never ate before. Everything was so rich, cooking, conversation and his anecdotes. It was not just learning how to make pasta but we ware able to experience actively the real Italian culture. Thanks to Riccardo for adding extra spice to our Naples’ trip! We would love to come back just to cook with him again! We would highly recommend this experience/class!
