課程介紹
Get hands-on experience of Vietnamese cuisine and cooking through our half-day cooking program.
This program includes a local market tour, round bamboo boat paddling inside the coconut jungle's water, fishing some purple crabs on the way to the cooking school, a hands-on cooking class and lunch.

From Monday to Sunday
Morning class:
- 8:00 am: Hotel pick-up
- 8:30 am: Visit of the countryside fields
- 8:45 am: Market tour and learn how to buy fresh ingredients
- 9:45 am: Boat trip and purple crabs fishing inside the coconut jungle's waterways
- 10:00 am: Vietnamese tea - welcome drink
- 10:15 am: Cooking class
- 1:00 pm: Lunch
- 1:30 pm: End of course
Afternoon class:
- 12:00 pm: Hotel pick-up
- 12:30 pm: Visit of the countryside fields
- 12:45 pm: Market tour and learn how to buy fresh ingredients
- 1:45 pm: Boat trip and purple crabs fishing inside the coconut jungle's waterways
- 2:00 pm: Vietnamese tea - welcome drink

Excellent cooking class
We’ve done several cooking classes on different holidays and this was by far the best.
Easy, efficient pick up and drop off and the market and boat trip were fun. The class is held in a large air conditioned area and the staff were fantastic with our children. They let them do the fun ‘dangerous’ things but kept a very close eye on them. It was a very interactive class and the food we ate was delicious. They even packed some of it up for us to eat later and gave us a useful gift to take home.

Fantastic
Tour through markets quick and educational
Crabbing was super fun! And beautifully calming as you drifting in bamboo bots through the mangroves.
The cooking was fun and easy! We learnt a couple of traditional techniques and dishes.
It was a boatload of fun. 12/10 recommend to anyone interested in a day of scrumptious Vietnamese fun!

Amazing, best tour of our trip
This cooking class is one of the best tours I’ve done. We really enjoyed it from start to finish. So much fun for the whole family!
