Learn the secret of Balinese gastronomy from the original recipe and skilled teacher. Embrace the fun and friendly atmosphere of shopping at the traditional market, blending with local people, and adapting the local cooking technique.

Immerse yourself in a specific Balinese cuisine or learn a new skill through Hidden Puri's unique and fun approach to cooking. Our in-person classes suit everyone, from beginners to confident cooks – whatever your experience, our demo-and-do approach ensures we give you the attention you need. There’s plenty of time for eating and cooking in our classes. We’re all about the joy of great Balinese food and the way it brings people together.

Teaching cooking, for us, has always been about empowering people and giving them the knowledge and confidence to feed themselves and their families better. I want people to learn, be inspired, but above all have fun, whatever their food knowledge.

• Ayam suwir - Balinese spicy shredded chicken
• Sate Chiken - Skwer Chiken
• Balinese soup
• Pisang asam manis - Sweet and sour banana

Vegetarian/Vegan Menu:

• Bregedel jagung -  sweetcorn fritter
• Satay Tofu and Tempe (came with Peanut sauce)
• Vegetable soup
• Pisang asam manis - Sweet and sour banana

Morning Class

• 08.00 am: Pick up at your hotel 
• 08.30 am: Traditional market tour
• 09.00 am: Arrive at our class 
• 09.10 am: Serve a welcome drink 
• 09.25 am - 12.00: Cooking session 
• 12.10 pm: Enjoy your meal 
• 1.00 pm: End of the cooking class and ready to go back to Ubud

Afternoon Class

• 02.30 pm: Pick up at your hotel 
• 03.00 pm: Arrive at our class 
• 03.10 pm: Serve welcome drink 
• 03.20 - 05.30 pm: Cooking session
• 05.40 pm: enjoy your meal 
• 06.00 pm: end of the cooking class and ready to go back to ubud

Evening Class

• 05.00-05.30 pm: Pick up at your accommodation.
• 06.00 pm: Arrive at our class
• 06.10 pm: serve welcome drink
• 06.20 pm - 0750pm: Cooking session
• 08.00 pm: enjoy your meal
• 08.30 pm: end of the cooking and ready to go back to Ubud
