Learn how to make authentic Italian dishes, fresh pasta, and tiramisù in our hands-on workshop in Rome. Guided by a local chef who is an expert in Italian cuisine, you’ll uncover the recipes and secrets behind these beloved classics.
You’ll begin by preparing tiramisù using all the necessary ingredients and tools. This iconic Italian dessert is made with simple components such as savoiardi (ladyfingers), mascarpone cheese, and eggs. Next, you’ll move on to making your own fresh pasta from scratch using flour and eggs. The chef will introduce you to different pasta shapes you can create with this dough, and you’ll choose your favorite to cut—from delicate tagliolini to wide, ribbon-like pappardelle. Once your pasta is ready, you’ll select your preferred sauce, such as carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, or Alfredo.
In the second part of the class, you’ll sit down with your fellow participants to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared. End the experience by savoring your homemade pasta and tiramisù, perfectly paired with a glass of wine, an unforgettable taste of Rome.
