What to Expect
In this class, you can learn how to make Inari Sushi, a traditional Japanese dish. Inarizushi is fried tofu skin cooked in sweet dashi broth and filled with vinegared rice. In Japan, it has been eaten and enjoyed since the Edo period (about 400 years ago). The juicy taste of fried tofu fills your mouth as you eat it. Let's learn how to make this addictive recipe! Inari Sushi does not contain meat or fish. It is an ideal recipe for vegetarians. This is also the only class where you can learn how to make miso soup, omelet, and spinach with sesame paste, which are indispensable in Japanese home cooking.

Our guides will be waiting for you in front of the Yostar Official Shop ( JR Akihabara Station, Outside Central Ticket Gate ), holding a sign. If you are more than 10 minutes late, please proceed directly to our kitchen studio. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
