What to Expect

Step into my kitchen and enjoy a warm welcome with a glass of wine. I’ll then take you on a culinary journey through the history of gastronomy, showcased by one of my signature dishes.

Together, we’ll explore and learn how to prepare one of my specialties: Pasta Fresca! No advanced language skills are needed—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn :)

I’ll guide you in making the perfect dough, where your hands will be the primary tool, working with the freshest ingredients and lots of love.

At the end of the lesson, you’ll take home everything you’ve created to enjoy later!

You will love this special time to share with your family and friends.

We were warmly greeted by Vincensio and his mother, Accursia into their lovely home. It was just what you imagined of a beautiful, cozy Italian kitchen well prepared for the class. Ours was a family class which was extra fun and they accommodated us so well. We learned to mix the dough, and make different shapes of pasta. It was all done with so many of their own home grown products. I would highly recommend this class and it was one of our highlights of our trip to Sicily.

Amazing Experience, Great Atmosphere!

If you find yourself in Sicily and you don't treat yourself to this very affordable experience then you're really missing out. This was a very informative pasta making class and it was a very relaxed and fun atmosphere in a lovely home. I enjoyed it so much I would consider doing it again just for more practice!

Fantastic!

This was so much fun! Accursia and her son Vincensio were welcoming, knowledgeable, and prepared. From start to finish, we were taught about the pasta and how to make it. We created sevveral different pasta shapes (6 total), and learned about a variety of edible flowers and herbs to include. Everything we used was grown on their property and we were also treated to home grown fruits, wine, and breads. The experience was amazing and we really enjoyed it!❤️😊

Our pasta cooking class was absolutely superb! Great hosts, fabulous experience, and so informative.

We loved every minute of our time learning how to make pasta in the traditional way, with fresh, local produce. Definitely worth a visit If you're in the area.

Traditional Pasta Course.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at their beautiful home. The class was very informative, accessible and a lot of fun. Along with the traditional techniques, they have some of their own special touches that you can't learn anywhere else. 100x better than learning on YouTube :)
