Then, head to our traditional kitchen, where expert instructor will guide you in preparing the succulent Bun Cha, featuring grilled pork and fresh herbs.­

You'll also discover the art of crafting Egg Coffee, a beloved Hanoi specialty that blends whipped egg yolks with rich coffee and condensed milk for a creamy treat. 6:45 AM - Cooking Class: Making Bun Cha

• Head to our traditional kitchen.
• Learn the art of preparing Bun Cha, including marinating the pork, making the dipping sauce, and assembling the dish.
• Enjoy hands-on participation with guidance from our instructor.

8:00 AM - Prepare Egg Coffee

• Discover the unique process of making Egg Coffee, a Hanoi specialty.
