Join a Food journey to recreate every day of the week our traditional, legendary banquet of the Sicilian Sunday lunch, with a Sicilian wine ceremony featuring unlimited wine, traditional toasts, poetry, and songs.

​At our organic riverside archaeological family farm, every flavor begins in the garden and every recipe tells a story. We are licensed Historical and Nature Guides, sharing the real Sicily through food, nature, and tradition.

​Pick fresh vegetables from the garden, grind wheat on a stone mill, join our ravioli cooking class, and experience fire cooking just like grandma taught us.

​After lunch, swim and dive in the crystal-clear water right here at the farm, in the most beautiful canyon in Sicily.

9:30 AM – Welcome & Farm Introduction

• Meet your hosts, Carlo & Jessie, and get an introduction to our off-grid farm.
• A short walk through the organic garden, learning about seasonal crops and sustainable farming.
• Harvest fresh vegetables, herbs, and flowers for the meal.

10:00 AM – Hands-On Food Preparation

• Gather in the outdoor kitchen and begin prepping ingredients.
• Learn how to make fresh ravioli with stone-milled wheat flour.
• Prepare traditional Sicilian starters, including bruschetta, olives, and cheese platters.
• Experience the art of food preservation with olive oil tastings and wine pairings.

11:30 AM – Cooking Together

• Cook the freshly made ravioli and tomato passata sauce.
• Grill vegetables, prepare frittatas, and bake ricotta.
• Sip unlimited wine while sharing stories and culinary traditions.

12:30 PM – Communal Feast

• Gather around the table for a Sicilian-style feast with farm-fresh food.
• Enjoy cheese, olive oil, and wine tastings from local award-winning farmers.
• Raise a glass to life and savor the moment.

1:30 PM – River Time & Relaxation

• Walk to the riverside for coffee, cordials, and dessert.
• Weather permitting, swim or dive into the natural spring-fed river.
• Relax under the shade of ancient trees.

2:30 PM – Farm & Cultural Exploration

• Learn about our off-grid lifestyle—how we produce our own energy and food.
• Visit the ancient water mill and explore the farm’s archaeological site.
• Hear stories of Sicilian traditions, wheat grinding, and wine-making.

3:30 PM – Farewell & Final Toast

• Wrap up the experience with a final toast, honoring the traditions of Sicilian hospitality.
