Guests say the class takes place in a charming stilt-house overlooking a small crab bay, creating a memorable backdrop. The host guides participants through traditional techniques, letting everyone roll spring rolls, make rice pancakes, vermicelli and pho while sharing authentic Vietnamese culinary knowledge. The lively, laughter-filled atmosphere helps solo travelers quickly make friends. A printed recipe book is given at the end, reinforcing the hands-on learning experience.

Together, we will cook 5 local Vietnamese dishes. Our chef will ensure you learn all the best Vietnamese cooking techniques and recipes, as well as gain insights into local food culture.
