Request a Private ExperienceValentino was a great host. He made sure everyone got to play a role in all of the food prep, and talked us through each step. The food was delicious!!
This was easily one of the best experiences our family had during our trip to the amalfi coast. Food was excellent and the views were the breathtaking (this is where the path of the gods begins)! The host/ teacher was a knowledgeable, young teen with good jokes and great energy. His father acted as his su chef prepping other things we'd need for dinner in the kitchen. We were fortunate to have a fun, talkative group (a middle aged couple and three young grads backpacking through Europe) and this made the final family style dinner really nice.
The setting was absolutely stunning (I felt like I was viewing a postcard the entire time we were there), and the food, hospitality, and instruction top-notch. We started off with a tour of the lemon grove tour, which was very informative thanks to Davide's extensive knowledge of the different varieties of lemons and farm animals. That was followed by Roberta walking us very patiently through how to make limoncello and four different cuts of pasta. Our time there culminated with a feast of our plates of pasta served with different sauces and some fried bread, which were all delicious. We also enjoyed some limoncello and white wine. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how accommodating and understanding Roberta and the team were, despite our 45-minute delay in getting there. I didn't know about their car service from the ferry port of Vietri sul Mare and strongly recommend it if you are traveling by ferry. In summary, I highly recommend this course and will be back the next time I travel here.
My family and I had such an amazing time cooking under the lemon trees. Our instructor was amazing and little Marco made us all smile and laugh throughout the class. The food was incredible. Staff was friendly and the views are breathtaking. Our trip ended a few weeks ago and my family still talks about how much fun we had during this experience. Highly recommend! Only regret is not doing the lemon tour because the class went by so fast and we arrived very late and we would have loved more time on the farm.
We entered Marco’s farm and their team went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. The farm is a bit difficult to find so look for a yellow building with a steep driveway and a horse riding sign. We started the morning with horse riding where the guides took us to the most breathtaking lookouts and toured us around their lovely community. All the locals were extremely kind and welcoming. Afterwards, we were offered Amalfi Style lemon themed dishes fresh from their farm and given a private tour from Marco where he explained his farming techniques (they even brought in an English translator to ease our understanding). We returned to the kitchen where we finished off a wonderful experience with a home cooked lemon pasta and sorbet. We cannot recommend this enough as Marco and his staff made this a once in a lifetime experience!
Everyone here was so sweet and amazing!! Little Marco was an amazing tour guide of the farm after helping demonstrate some pasta making techniques. The views while cooking were sooo gorgeous and their lemon garden was the most picturesque spot also! 10/10 would recommend! Pasta was delicious, experience was lovely and memorable and it was easy to find :)
This experience was absolutely amazing. Not only is the pasta teacher just so delightful, the pasta was so so delicious, the atmosphere is so welcoming, the class was fun and the view was spectacular I still can’t get over it. If you’re ever in the Amalfi Coast this activity is one you cannot miss. I could not recommend it enough. Thank you to everyone at Agriturismo!
This was such an amazing experience that I would hands down recommend to anybody. Well worth the money. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The tour was very fun and informative, and the grounds were stunningly beautiful. The pasta making experience was very fun and we learned a lot about how to make fresh pasta. The meal that was prepared for us with our pasta was so delicious. We had such a great time learning more about the region and getting to meet some locals while enjoying the food and culture and even got a few sample bottles of Limoncello and a recipe to bring home with us. Would give more stars if I could.
If you are looking for a true Italian experience, look no further. This cooking class totally exceeded our expectations. We arrived at the farm off the cliffs of Italy, surrounded by lemon trees, and looking out to the most amazing view of the blue water. We were greeted by the sweetest Italian family, who gave us a tour of their farm. The cooking class itself was AMAZING, we made 3 different pastas, and then enjoyed our meals with homemade wine and bread. I 100% recommended this!
We weren’t sure what to expect but this trip was one of the highlights. We travelled in October, so slightly out of season but the weather was perfect and the walk suited us perfectly. Satva was our guide and she took us to some beauty spots off the beaten track. When we eventually went to do the cooking we basically joined the family and prepped the food and cooked together - it was such an enjoyable and wholesome experience. Oh, and the food was so so good. The quality of ingredients and the secret touches were enough to make the meal better than anything we could have had eating out - we highly recommend this experience if you have the time.
Our class was amazing!! Satva was so pleasant and made our day perfect. We enjoyed the foraging and then the making of the meal was better than expected. One of my favorite memories about my trip to Italy!!!
We learned a lot about Italian cooking, recipes and ingredients and herbs. Isabella is so nice. And we had such fun! It’s just great and we can recommend to every Italian food lover/Italy lover!
