Guests say the class takes place in a cozy, traditional home kitchen where the welcoming host shares deep knowledge of ramen science, history, and Japanese food culture. Participants enjoy a fully hands‑on experience, making noodles and broth from scratch with fresh, market‑sourced ingredients and even homemade miso. The instruction is clear and beginner‑friendly, and the host readily adapts recipes for gluten‑free, vegetarian or pescatarian diets, leaving guests with lasting culinary skills and memorable travel memories.
