Embark on your inaugural visit to Huai Khwang Market where you'll source all the ingredients essential for your upcoming cooking class, focusing on fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and vibrant fruits. After an authentic market experience, you'll travel to our class via local transportation.

During the class, immerse yourself in Thai cuisine as you discover many exotic ingredients including vegetables, rice varieties, herbs, and spices. Learn the art of creating coconut milk and curry paste from scratch, gaining insight into traditional Thai cooking techniques.

Indulge in a hands-on experience where you'll spend two hours crafting four delectable dishes. Enjoy each dish immediately as they are cooked, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor. This journey promises culinary expertise and a memorable taste of Thailand's rich culinary heritage.

• 8:00 AM: Gather at the meeting point to begin exploring the local market. Pick-up and drop-off only at MRT Huai Khwang, Exit 4.
• 9:00 AM: Arrive at the cooking school. Learn about vegetables, rice, and herbs. Prepare coconut milk, sticky rice, and craft curry paste from scratch.
• 10:00 AM: Start Session 1 (soup/stir-fried dishes).
• 10:30 AM: Begin Session 2 (salads).
• 11:00 AM: Engage in Session 3 (curries).
• 11:30 AM: Conclude with Session 4 (desserts).
• 12:00 NN: Enjoy the dishes you created.
• 1:00 PM: End of the experience and return to the initial meeting point.
