Chef Marco and his team of local resident chefs immerse visitors in Roman history, culture, hospitality and culinary heritage with hands-on cooking classes hosted in two iconic locations within the Eternal City. Amidst beautiful settings overlooking the Colosseum or Piazza Mattei in the heart of the historic Jewish Ghetto, the chefs welcome small groups for an intimate, personalized lesson in authentic Italian cuisine.

Exceeded our expectations!!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome! We met Chef Ian in the market at Campo Di Fiori where we created our menu based off of what was fresh at the market, stopped for some delicious baked treats, then shopped locally for for our meat and cheeses. We then walked to the beautiful kitchen where we prepared our feast! We had so much fun, learned how to make an authentic Italian dish and made wonderful memories. Everything was of highest quality!

Fabulous class!

I came across this class while looking for something to do in Rome. Very glad we decided to participate. Fresh ingredients picked up from the market were used to prepare our meal. Beautiful professional kitchen, and professionally led with step by step instructions as we went along. The end result was superb! We left with more knowledge and a recipe book to re-create our meals at home. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a wonderful experience! Thank you!

This is by far, one of the best value experiences in Rome.

A professional Chef guiding the class, but more importantly, the Kitchen is an architectural wonder. It’s slightly more expensive, but you will be wowed by the class. I didn’t want to leave! Unlimited wine, and great professional equipment - what more do you want! Would do it every time we came - the food alone is worth the money, never mind the Chefs time. Book it!!

I absolutely loved this cooking class!
