Note:
- The miso made in the class requires about six months of fermentation. You can reach out to us with any questions during this time.
- If you prefer a vegan option, please let us know in advance. Soy milk yogurt will be provided. Also, please mention if you have any food allergies.
- Participants aged 6 and up are charged the adult rate. Children aged 5 and under may attend for free but cannot take home the 500g of miso.

- Question support during the fermentation period, up to 6 months (group sessions may be offered).
- Approximately 500g of miso made during the class
- Homemade miso may not be allowed to be brought into some countries due to customs regulations. We recommend checking your local import rules in advance. The miso will be sealed carefully for travel.

Let's meet at Exit 10 of Akasaka Mitsuke Station and go up the escalator at 1:45pm.
The host will come with a sign saying "Fermented Food Cooking Class". Please note that the class may take place at a different kitchen location within central Tokyo. In such cases, you will be notified after your booking.
