A Perfect First Vietnamese Cooking Class Experience

The cooking class begins with a visit to the local market to buy fresh ingredients. We then prepare the menu in a fun and relaxed atmosphere in a clean and tidy setting with Chef Julia and her assistant, Jérôme 😀 We'll be making egg coffee, banh xeo, beef pho, and a Vietnamese dessert. All the steps are clearly explained in English, so even those who aren't used to cooking can easily make the dishes. We leave feeling proud of having learned to prepare delicious Vietnamese food. For a first-timer, it was a masterclass !
